Scrum is a method of work that 90% of society work with it because it is adaptable, rapid, flexible, and effective.

Scrum is an agile development approach based on iterative and incremental procedures that is used in the creation of software, it offer value to the client throughout the project’s development.

Scrum has roles that are substantially distinct from previous software development methodologies. Individuals can accomplish their work more efficiently if their roles and expectations are well defined. Product Owner, Development Team, and Scrum Master are the three roles in Scrum. The Scrum Team is made up of these individuals.

Agile scrum artifacts are documents used by a scrum team and stakeholders to describe the product being built, the steps taken to create it, and the actions taken during the project. Product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and increments are the three core agile scrum artifacts.
